Beth Ann Heiner is a licensed Realtor® in Kentucky and Indiana. She resides on a small farm in Lexington amongst some of the most beautiful farms in the area. She dedicates her time to her family, real estate, horses, architectural design, watercolor painting, outdoor activities and volunteering at the Kentucky Horse Park. To fulfill the motto of Biederman Real Estate, “We Get It Done” she uses her creativity, experience with clients and her personal experience to serve, work hard, and expertly assist clients through the buying or selling process as stress-free as possible and always with integrity and honesty. Communication is priority! She values the financial commitment of home ownership in any price range and does not take it lightly. Her marketing system is custom designed for the specific needs of each client and she uses professional photography for ALL price ranges of properties.

Beth Ann is a graduate of Marshall University with a BA in marketing and also has an AA in interior design. Beth Ann is the designer and owner of BA Design Gallery for over 30 years. Her background in architectural design, space planning and art allows her to see the potential and/or the best features of a property. This is beneficial in marketing and showing real estate for sellers and buyers. Although concentrating in residential properties in the central Kentucky area, her lifetime experience in the horse industry gives her an advantage in assisting clients who are looking to sell or buy property with acreage and facilities for horses and livestock that will suit their needs.
