Cathleen specializes in Equestrian, Residential and Investment Properties in Lexington Kentucky

Cathy and her family have been immersed in the Wellington area since 1990 and Summering in
Lexington Kentucky for the past 10 years. They have owned and built several residences and
commercial horse farms in the area over the years. Cathy and her family have been involved in
the Equestrian Industry for over two decades. Both of her daughters, Skylar and Christina are
active competitors on the National circuit in the Junior Jumpers and Equitation.
Whether her clients are buyers or sellers; year-round or seasonal residents, Cathy specializes in
