The farm formerly known as Woodford Thoroughbreds, just outside of Lexington, Ky., has sold to Mick and Wendy Ruis of Ruis Racing, LLC.
“This particular farm was beautiful, productive, well-designed, and is in a great location,” said listing broker Tom Biederman.

The property measures roughly 305 acres of rolling Woodford County land with an excellent location and proven, productive soils. Equine improvements included five barns with more than 90 stalls, 11 miles of plank fencing encompassing 10 fields and 27 paddocks.
Immediate neighbors include Coolmore’s Ashford Stud, Diamond A, Godolphin’s Gainsborough Farm, and Pin Oak Stud.
